The equation is simple: riding sand + aggregate = footing.
But there are countless possibilities within these two variables. With the knowledge of our in-house development department and the experience of top athletes from all over the world, we dedicate our passion to perfecting the aggregate. Because despite its small proportion of the entire footing (approx. 2%), it makes all the difference in the end.
It starts with the sand, the foundation of every footing. The higher the quartz content, the less the hoof sinks into it. Combined with additives – like fabrics and fibers – a riding surface is formed. Now for the exciting part: depending on the discipline, the quartz content, additive and its properties can be varied to create an optimal, durable footing. We are happy to support you in selecting and developing your perfect ArenaGrip mixture because your horse’s well-being is close to our heart!

We source its brand-new raw material directly from the industry. The years of material research in this state-of-the-art sector, combined with our in-house processing and refinement, guarantee the extraordinary quality of the aggregate, reflected in its unique durability, weather resistance and firmness.
Despite making up less than 3% of the total footing, the rule of optimal balance and resource conservation applies: minimal fibre addition, yet enough to achieve long-lasting, maximum firmness.

What is the advantage of ArenaGrip?
An additice made of fleece shreds is durable and enhances the properties of the riding surface.
How much ArenaGrip for my riding surface?
A good riding surface consists of 98% suitable riding sand. Aggregates make up about 2%. The quantity is determined by the properties of the sand.
What is the difference between Basic and Premium?
ArenaGrip Basic consists of fleece chips in various sizes and is particularly suitable when the ground already has sufficient shear strength. ArenaGrip Premium is a mixture of fleece chips and fibers. The fiber addition improves shear strength and provides grip.
